Consequently, we are not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to browser crashes, power failures, or device malfunctions during the conversion process.

3. Use License & Restrictions

You may use ImproConverter free of charge for both personal and commercial purposes — including converting client work and using converted files in commercial projects. The files you convert are 100% yours, because they never leave your device.

What is not allowed:

  • Copying, redistributing, or reselling the website's code, design, text, or graphics as your own;
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or extract the site's proprietary implementation;
  • Removing copyright or proprietary notices from the site's materials;
  • Using the Service in a way that disrupts it for others (for example, automated abuse).

4. Intellectual Property

The Service's original code, visual design, text, graphics, logos, and software are the exclusive intellectual property of ImproConverter. The images you process remain your exclusive property, as we never take possession of them.
